Adjusting the fit
These frames are designed to display as much of the record as possible while still holding it securely and having it easily accessible. As such, the foam in the bottom lip supports the records just enough to keep it under the top lip of the frame. For instances where a record doesn’t quite fit or the foam isn’t cutting it, we recommend adding something underneath the foam to help support the record. Pipe cleaners, pencils, pens, drinking straws, cardboard, or construction paper seem to work well to help push the record up slightly in the frame. It’s sort of a MacGyver’d solution, but it really shouldn’t be needed for over 99% of LP jackets.
